Quick review - 'The Blue Hour' Katoomba
A year ago yesterday (at the time of writing this), the ‘Blue Hour’ cafe opened for business in Katoomba. This was the new business replacing ‘The Coffee Box’. I had briefly mentioned The Coffee Box, commenting positively on the coffee there.
Yesterday was my first visit to the Blue Hour.
A review revisted
I still find it hard to believe that a simple review could cause so much angst (see the comments left on that article).
A further email and phone conversation leads me to want to air this issue a bit further and to try and be transparent about this situation. And that is what this article is about. Reading the original review first will help make sense of what follows..

Unfortunately, bad café experiences seem to be the norm for me. But this one is just a classic. Wish I had the presence of mind to have pulled out the mobile phone camera!
