Blending progress

I’ve been toying around with blends for about six months now.
The blend I mention around here (‘Ministry Grounds Blend’) has been a good staple drink for me for about four months.

This week, I started playing around some more, using the Indian Catimore bean that I’ve blogged about, and I think I’ve hit on a great combo…
