Regular readers here will know that I place great value on the Daterra RFA ‘Sweet Collection’ – a blend of organic, rainforest-friendly beans from the Cerado region. It forms a vital base in two blends I roast up regularly.

Brazilian Aqua Limpa 'Bohara Crystal'
This is a pulped natural Brazilian bean of exceptional quality.
Fazenda Agua Limpa has been run by the same family for more than 50 years.
The coffee beans are grown in very rich and fertile soils.
The bean shows a warm, buttery mouthfeel, excellent body with a hint of chocolate.
