Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja
A bag of Sulawesi Toraja from the Sulotco plantation has found it’s way into the Ministry Grounds beanery, and has proved to be a very pleasant New Year’s diversion.
This coffee shows a departure from what you would normally expect from an Indonesian – but in the nicest possible way.
And the nice thing is, we know where the money is going!
Sumatran Mandheling 'Blue Batak'
This is one of the finest Mandheling coffees available from Indonesia. Blue in colour, large bean size, the cup is full bodied, incredible Mandheling flavour and fine acidity.
Fair Trade 2006 East Timor Organic
This is a fine example of the best of East Timorese coffee. Well balanced bright clean tasting. A pleasant degree of acidity with medium to full flavoured body.
